At Starbucks, we want you to love your coffee and merchandise; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with a straightforward return process. Perishable items like brewed coffee and food cannot be returned, but we will gladly replace or refund any defective equipment or unopened coffee bags.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team within 30 days of purchase with your order number and receipt to start the return process.
Prepare the Package
Place the unused merchandise or unopened coffee in its original packaging, ensuring all tags and seals are intact.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
