How can I track my coffee delivery?
Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's progress in real-time.
What is the shelf life of your whole bean coffee?
Our coffee beans are shipped in flavor-lock packaging. For the best taste experience, we recommend consuming the coffee within 34 weeks of the 'Roasted On' date.
Can I return coffee products if I am not satisfied?
Due to the perishable nature of food and beverage products, we cannot accept returns on coffee. However, if your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Starbucks Gift Cards.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, our online store ships to addresses within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our delivery zones to more countries soon.
How do I ensure my coffee stays fresh after opening?
To maintain peak flavor, store your coffee in an airtight container at room temperature. Avoid sunlight, heat, and moisture, and never store your coffee in the refrigerator or freezer.
